Factory Return Shipping Instructions
In October 2002, Canada Customs implemented the 'Administrative Penalty System (AMPS). As a result, goods being returned to Knudsen Engineering for repair service must follow strict shipping guidelines to avoid potential import charges. Please note that improper shipping procedures could lead to refusal of shipment and return of goods at shipper's expense.
STEP 1. Please contact KEL to discuss shipping procedures & documents including appropriate commercial invoices, customs harmonized codes, equipment description, value, etc.
